RAINES, Thomas - Putnam

Georgetown – Thomas Raines, 84, died Thursday in Lawrenceburg, Ky.  He was a retired engineer for the Pennsylvania Railroad and member of Masonic Lodge in Fillmore, Scottish Rite in Indianapolis, Murat Temple, Railroad Club, Tri-County Shrine Club and Church of Christ.  Survivors: a son, Dale Raines; a stepson, Robert Lee Spradlin; daughters, Juretta Wells and Betty Cummings; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.  Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, Gehlbach & Royse. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 3-9 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday. – kbz
